What are your plans for valve train upgrades? With that cam you are past what the stock setup can handle .480 is it. What are your plans for RR 1.6 or 1.7? This makes a diff to the end lift numbers of the cam. What intake is in your plans? Personally I would not buy a reground cam, new or forget it but thats me.

im running 1.7s with the 20-745-9 comp cams cam, and i LOVE it! it had massive amounts of low end tq, and pretty decent high end power.

I'll run 1.6 roller rockers and the right springs and retainers. I want to get a reground cam since its only $200 and my moms getting mad at me for spending money! I'm going to use the stock intake for now. Is there a reground that compares to rednecks cam since I'm looking for low to mid power?

You would have to get his cam specs off the web and the look around at H****'s site see what's close. If you are going to change springs and keepers then go 1.7 it will only help. What have you picked for spring and the like and part numbers or just the stuff on H****'s web page to match that cam.

Get the plenum plate from Ebay. It's like 50 bucks there. Get your gaskets locally.

Having one of those in my engine, it's a very good plate and was shipped promptly.

And it's made by a member here. Can't go wrong really. You might do the Kegger mod too when you've got the intake off.

I think that fella also makes 50mm TB's. He does have a core charge though.
