What I usually do is, if you have a receipt or packing slip, or if you ordered it online with an account to go back and figure out what the purchase date was and see what the warranty is. Or if they are a nice company (IDK having never dealt with magnaflow) simply call them up.

I purchased it from Summit 7/1/13 so it is actually a little over a year old. But I sent Magnaflow an email and am going to see what they can do.

Today I got my for-hire license. Now I can drive commercial vehicles that have a 26,000 pound or less GCVWR and GCVW. Hopefully I can get enough experience to get my CDL next year.

Now to get insurance and all the other fun stuff with the DOT and DMV and DOR and the etc...

And a host of other letters-only departments will take a serious interest in you.

Ever feel like a bug under a microscope? Get used to it.

Congrats!

Just waiting on the background check to come in and be sent off for a drug test but I got myself a job last week!

Looking to move to Stafford, Va. Real Estate is much cheaper outside of Fairfax City/County and it's only about 30 minutes south of Springfield which is where I'll be based out of after training.

In come the bad news, I'll have to pass emissions inspections

The truck doesn't have a catalytic converter and doesn't have any CEL (non fouler trick), so I'll probably have to get a cheap catalytic converter and have a shop put it in and close up any exhaust leaks.

I can get around emissions by leaving the truck registered in Grayson County, but eventually there may be a time to have to change that.

Back in the day when my grandmother had the little Toyota we have now she tried to get it registered up here, it was gonna cost almost $3,000 to get everything up to snuff.

Fun fun

Get a fake cat. Loads cheaper. Then do the non-fouler trick. Hell I probably still have my non-foulers somewhere.. Never used em.
