Default Bedliner Removal

This summer I want to remove the crappy bedliner from my rocker panels and put on a smoother textured liner and also do it around my wheel wells as well. Anybody know of a good technique to remove the bedliner? Besides a sander or wire wheel? ...ps I also have to remove the rust coming up from the bedliner too.

I can't remember what it's called but there is this spray on paint remover that will take it right off. They sell it at walmart. Some kind of orange based stripper that wont affect the paint underneath. I used it to remove bedliner I had sprayed on my Camaro body kit that I wanted to cover up with something before I repainted. I sprayed this stuff on and hosed it off. Took the bedliner material right off.

Edit: It's called "Citristrip". http://www.walmart.com/ip/Citristrip...ipper/17209363

Dualliner actually sent me this when I called them asking what to do about my old liner...http://www.dualliner.com/blog/remove...-bedliner.html

I ended up giving up and just putting the new dual liner on top of the linex one.

Try using aircraft paint stripper. It works but really messy.
