Default lifter and rods
02 dodge ram 1500 5.9. Looking for a set of lifters and rods. bolt on. Don't want to cause any issues with the truck. Can you point me to what i need to buy

Erm, lifters that are bolt on? Are you looking for valvetrain parts, or suspension parts?

I know there are different ratios for the lifters. Want to make the right buy the first time.

There are different ratios for the rockers. Lifters are just lifters. Can get a set from ma mopar performance for 110 or so. (make sure you get the hydraulic roller for the magnum engine.)
