I've not seen a brush guard that accepts a winch. For that you'd want a winch bumper. Check out brands like Buckstop, Ranch Hand, et cetera.
If you live where big game or livestock might be expected on the highway, a brush guard is a poor investment anyway. They tend to fold backward and do more damage than the animal alone would have.

Is a brush guard the same thing as a grill guard? I saw this one the other day when looking at nerf bars and grill guards

This is what I have:
Keep in mind I have a 2" body lift so that's why the hitch is a tad bit lower.

Check with Warn because they make a brush guard mount they call the Transformer because you can just buy the winch mount and then add the other parts as you have the funds. I just don't know if they still make one for a 2nd gen. The other thing you can do is take a regular brush guard and then build a winch mount around it. I have done that on a buddies Mazda because there wasn't anything made for it.
