Talking how do i tell the size lift i have?

i have this plate behind the grill on my 1997 4x4 club cab.
i did find some what of a build sheet but still confused on what i have.
i don't know if it has off road package or if it was even available. and i see some sort of spacers on the drive shaft but don't know any other info on what i have.
i am fixing mine up and want to have the wheels ant tires sized and ready to install when done. are they all lifted slightly from the factory?
anybody able to read this tag or send me to a good place to figure it out.
thanks

That plate is the option codes that came on your truck. Off Road package didn't start until 2000.

Also, the stock blocks on the rear axle were about 3". If yours are taller, or there is more than one, you have a lift.

What size tires are on it now?

sticker ses 265-75-16
looks like a three inch block but don't see any spacers in the front.
does that mean there is no leveling kit installed?

Kinda looks that way. The 285's DO fill the wheel wells nicely.

Looks completely stock. Nothing aftermarket except tires as previously mentioned.
