intake plenum gasket is blown under your intake their is a steel plate and it expands and contracts at different temperature then the alluminum intake and it blows the gasket factory flaw go to hughes engines they sell an aluminum plate fix for that problem

Not to beat a dead horse, but I don't think the steel plate/Al. manifold is the problem. It appears to me the problem is caused by the plenum pan bolts being a tad bit too long. That, and maybe the bolt spacing.

How about on a 96? I've replace the tps on mine and it's still stalling. I've cleaned the port for it also. Those wonderful people at our local auto zone told me I do have an egr valve but I can't find it.

Nope. No EGR valve on 96 trucks.
