Hey guys, i have an '01 shortbed ram, and the bed is pretty thrashed. i was wondering what would be involved in removing it, and if anyone knowsof a company that makes a decent, cheap flatbed kit for it, oralso if anyone had a bed laying around that was straight that they wanted to getoff their hands... anyway, thanks for thehelp.

Have you tried Craigslist? There was one in my neck of the woods not long ago. I just don't have the need right yet.
