Default why are 36" tires so hard to find???

i've been searching forever for a 36" tire on a 16" wheel. why are these so hard to find? maybe im just stupid or somethin but for a 97 ram how hard is it to change wheel size. 15" rim is a lot more cheaper and easier to find. maybe yall can tell me where to look to find these. thanks

You can mount most 15" rims on your Ram so go with the more available and less exspensive 15".

Have the shop your buying the wheels from order them up and then take one out and test fit them over the caliper in the front before they mount them (the drums are not going to be an issue).

BTW Interco Trxus MT's are available in a 36" tire for 16" rims, as well as a radial TSL in a 36/12.50/16, so they are out there. Usually 35's and 37's are the most common offerings in most tire line ups though, but the 36's can be had.

for a 16" rim. anything close to being a 36 or 35 inch tire will read 315/75/r16 or something very close to that. ( thats basicly a 35)

You're probably not going to find an inexpensive 36 inch tire man.I mean there's some out there cheaper than interco for sure, but still bet on paying a thousand dollars for all 4.

Here is a good place to get wheels. They have an E bay store also. Great to deal with and excellent prices.

These guys are good to deal with also. They run good specials and shipping is cheap. Gotfour 37" tires shipped for 40. bucks.....

A thought on the tires. Up to 35's are reasonable and most brands have one. Once you break into 36" and up the choices are limited and the price jumps.....
I've been pleased with the Mickey BajaMTX. Good all around tire. Trying the Baja Claw Radialsthis time
