Default Engine Light P1763

i have been having a little trouble with my truck, i got it not too long ago, first off my u joints are shot, they make a horrible noise so i am having someone work on that in the next week or two, but the check engine light has been coming on, it came on about a month and a half ago and it was an 02 sensor, GOT that fixed, then it came on after about a 2 hour drive, and the next day i went to get the diagnostics read and on the way the truck died, it would start and stall at about 700rpms, tow truck came because i killed the battery starting and stalling it about 8 times. i got it started and it hasnt stalled or given me a problem since. this morning the check engine light came on and i went to auto zone for them to read the error, it was a P1763 which is a governer pressure sensor volts too high. Can anyone tell me first off if the two things could be connected, and also if this is a bad problem or not too bad and what might i expect for repair costs or is there something i can look for myself
