Default 2001 Dodge ram Cummins 2500 feels like a misfire usually around 20 to 30 mph

I have a 2001 Dodge ram 2500 24 valve Cummins diesel. Idles fine starts perfectly. No white smoke. Engine will intermittently bog down then rev. Back up while holding throttle steady. RPMs will increase when I give it throttle. I have changed the tsp sensor. Also changed the fuel filter and air filter. I don't think it's injectors because it idles just fine. Could be a dirty injector maybe. I feel like it's getting enough fuel pressure as I opened up the relief valve and turn and I have plenty of fuel in the fuel filter housing. Any ideas? It reminds me of a bad coil pack on a gas vehicle

Do the diesels even pay attention to misfires? (My V-10 doesn't seem to....) Water in the fuel? Getting any codes???

Moving this to second gen Ram section for ya.

I don't know if it's a misfire at first. I thought it might have been water in the fuel but I've fueled up multiple times and just recently swapped out the filter. Thought it could have been the tsp. Spent $200 on that. No luck. I'm not sure if it's a clogged injector. It's very strange because it runs like a clock starts p perfectly. It's just feels like it's revving up and down like it's missing or starving for fuel.

Does the engine lose power? Or is it just the tach bouncing a bit?

It feels like it loses power. The RPMs don't jump up and down too much. It almost feels like a stall but the engine I guess lowers and RPMs Aunt it's consistent until I give it more gas

Well, that one is beyond my skills. Everything I know about diesels is written on the inside of my left eyelid.... Hopefully someone else will have some insight.

If you don't have one yet, you can download the service manual for your truck from here. It might have something helpful.

I filmed a quick video. You can hear the engine and see it a little bit in the tack Google video

Ok, that's weird. It might be TCC, or it might be some other issue......

Torque converter clutch. Looks like it is bouncing in and out.
