Engine swap question

Why? You will need to use your center head (intake) and mostly all the sensors off your 94 along with that engine harness

Yes, but as noted, you will need to use the intake setup from the old motor and keep using the original 1994 engine harness. '94 also has an EGR setup. If you want to retain that, you will also need to use the exhaust manifold from the old motor that has the EGR provisions. You may also need the oil pan and oil pan pickup from the original motor, too, since the oil pan configuration may be different between the truck and the Durango. I had to do a similar 5.9 swap some years ago, since my original motor components were so rusted, it was very hard to work on.
