...forgot to add to the other post that...

..all fuses and relays are for sure good, both under the hood and the inside cab panel also...

...i assume the PCM has been correctly flashed...it was ordered from the parts store, and they had me give them the old PCM (like a core) and the VIN # and the milage off the odometer...before they could order the new PCM...so i assume the rebuilder did the flash and program correctly...

I would say to diagnose your lack of ground on the fuel pump relay circuit. You could run it the way you have it cause it would be on like that with the relay in there anyway but there is a definite reason why you are lacking a ground and if it were me I would want to know what is wrong. Perhaps the new ecm is bad.

...yes i've been thinking that too speed demon...just i needed to get it back on road...but plan to "do it right" when time allows...do you by chance know which pin sends the ground...or will i have to trace it out the whole way visual?...thanks in advance...redzone...

Check pin 19(BR/WHT) on connector 3 for ground and check the ltgn/bk for power with key on at the pdc where the relay goes pin 86 on the relay.
