Default A/C bracket

Is the bracket that goes from the ac to the intake needed? If not I'm not putting it back on

its a piece of cake to put on, 3 bolts, and yes that lines it up, so you need it.

i hav a previous threadhere that was about my belt being partially off one of my pulleys. it turned out, since you know the bracket has two bolts for the AC, and one goes to the manifold. the one to the manifold i forgot to put it (when i did plenum fix) got it lined up with the bolt in it, and now my belt is straight.

thats why i say you need it.

hmmm, maybe so....i hope you didnt think i was callin you a liar, just to my knowledge i didnt think it was necessary....but i dont know everything

It's there to help stabilize the unit, I wouldn't leave it off.

Well, I'm putting mine back on! I took it off because I thought it was just for the stock air box.
