Yes, but you have the tools that can be used many times.

you found a leaf in the pickup screen ? my my.

ok, clean it all up and put it back together.

the thing hanging off the oil pump is the pickup tube and screen. the tube will unscrew from the pump. its just a big piece of metal - there's no need to replace it. just unscrew the pipe, make sure its clean, and put it all back together. unless you have a specific problem, there's no need to replace the pump. they pretty much last forever.

well the screen in the pickup tube was clogged with some junk. but now its all clean

I didnt find a leak just that the screen was clogged. I am going to get some oil in the morning and put it all together and see if it worked if not i dunno what to do probably drain the oil again and replace the oil pump

If this screen was clogged would it cause a drop in oil pressure, im guessing it a yes but i just want to know before filling it back up with oil

I was just curious if I read it wrong or everyone else missed it but didnt he say the oil was "black and milky, and came out so slow". When he drained it? Maybe another problem besides leaf on screen.

I know it goes without saying, but I hope you cleaned out your oil pan real well before putting it back together.

The milky part don't sound good.
Are you losing any coolant?
