Default 99 Ram starts and dies

I have a 99 Ram 1500 with the 5.9 360. Every once in a while, I start it up, it sputters and dies. If I put my foot on the gas it'll stay on, and if I leave my foot on there for about 3 or 4 minutes, it'll idle and run fine. This has been happening off and on for about a month now. I already checked my battery connections, cleaned them as well. I am getting 12 Volts and starting, and then 14 Volts while running. Cleaning them fixed it for a while, but now its doing it again.
I know people have posted similar stuff on here before, but I haven't found anything that is the same as mine.
I am starting to think its the IAC or something... Any ideas?
Thanks,
Brad

Try cleaning the IAC, and disconnect the negative battery cable before doing so.
