Default had the truck in the garage today *pics*

I pulled the dodge in the garage today just to give er a look over and grease it. Everything still seems to be good and tight on the old girl anyway. I did realize today that I only have ONE u joint on the whole truck with a grease fitting lol. They're all good atm though. Checked the rearend fluid also (that blazer scared me lol). I also took the front air dam off it, I've been thinkin about doin it for a while. I think it looks much better without it. Almost pulled the hood insulation off too, it's missing 1 or 2 clips and hangs down a bit on one side. Is there any reason I shouldn't take it off? It's just for sound deadening isn't it?

This is my steering stabilizer setup. Different from some I guess.... Is this common or is the press on one more common?

This is a cooler for the power steering fluid. Is THIS common on these trucks?

the trans lines run through the rad AND a separate cooler between the rad and AC condenser? dad's ram is the same. Is this standard, or tow package specific?

air dam removed.... I like it better without it, but now I need a nice skyjacker steering shock lol

anyone got a better idea for my plate? NB and its stupid damned front plate laws ughh.... I kept knocking the stock holder off on snowbanks, etc. so I just screwed it right to the bumper for now... I might just move it up and use the bottom holes in the plate cause I'll proll lose it where it is too

Take the hood insulation off. I've had mine off since 2004 with no problems.

The power steering cooler came on trucks with the Trailer Tow Group.

All the hood thing is their for to help with getting motor up to temp in cold weather, to keep the noise from the cab and its fireproof and supposed to keep a fire in the engine compartment from spreading.
most people just rip it off

that's what I thought cowboy.... I just know of some on here that have the press on setup. I could never figure out why everyone was havin problems gettin thier shock off, and talkin about pressing it off and stuff, when I took mine off on the side of the road with a couple wrenches hahaha.

I don't think I'd cut a section out of it, although I did consider zip tying it to the inside of the grille.... Looks kinda dumb though I think....

95, I thought awful hard about takin that apart and drillin the ball out today, but I got a bit of a leak around there so I sprayed it down with brake cleaner so I can pinpoint the leak first
