Default Ballast resistor location

I am restoring an 82 dodge d150 with a slant six. Can anyone tell me where I can find the ballast resistor? I do not have power brakes.

I am also interested in finding a new grill assembly but can only find the insert from aftermarket parts suppliers

I don't recall what was used on older dodges, but I know manufacturers sometimes used "resistor wires" to knock the voltage down to the coil. There may or may not be an actual resistor block like you could buy from msd etc. Are you planning on installing an aftermarket ignition system?
