Changing oil sending unit DIY?
None of my other choices have worked for the trembling oil gauge needle so it looks like I will be changing out my oil sending unit.
I've read here that it's easy & that it's hard. I've also read that you need special a wrench or socket.
Anyone care to put together a quick & dirty DIY on this?

u need a oil pressure sending unit socket or a deep well.
pull the red piece out of the black clip and then unclip the clip from the sending unit
put the socket over the sending unit and turn it out
put telon tape on the new sending unit if it does not have any sealer on it
install the new sending unit and clip the clip back to the sending unit. and your done

What size deep well? I have a standard socket set and I also have some deep well impact sockets.
