No you know more then i have and your probably right, i wasnt trying to be rude if thats what you thought lol. i just said if you have taken a pan off before you would know what i ment by sludge.

Basicly the magnets collect anything metal to it asside from alluminum i think, and the magnet had a thick layer of particles on it which is normal so i was told anyway.

Anyway i found the TV cable and white clip that was mentioned in the link you gave me, how do you get that clip off and once its off i assume like in the link you just move the cable foward or back a notch to adjust it ? Oh and i drove like 50 minutes just now and i cant get the tranny to get hot lol, the fluid and dipstick are warm only must be the cold weather or something fluid tho was on the ok mark so its good..

BASE ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
(1) Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
(2) Remove air cleaner if necessary.
(3) Disconnect cable end from attachment stud.
Carefully slide cable off stud. Do not pry or pull
cable off.
(4) Verify that transmission throttle lever is in
fully closed position. Then be sure lever on throttle
body is at curb idle position.
(5) Pry the T.V. cable lock (A) into the UP position
(Fig. 236). This will unlock the cable and allow for
readjustment.
(6) Apply just enough tension on the T.V. cable (B)
to remove any slack in the cable.Pulling too tight
will cause the T.V. lever on the transmission to
move out of its idle position, which will result
in an incorrect T.V. cable adjustment. Slide the
sheath of the T.V. cable (D) back and forth until the
centerlines of the T.V. cable end (B) and the throttle
bell crank lever (C) are aligned within one millimeter
(1mm) (Fig. 236).
(7) While holding the T.V. cable in the set position
push the T.V. cable lock (A) into the down position
(Fig. 236). This will lock the present T.V. cable
adjustment.
NOTE: Be sure that as the cable is pulled forward
and centered on the throttle lever stud, the cable
housing moves smoothly with the cable. Due to the
angle at which the cable housing enters the spring
housing, the cable housing may bind slightly and
create an incorrect adjustment.
(8) Reconnect the T.V. cable (B) to the throttle
bellcrank lever (C).
(9) Check cable adjustment. Verify transmission
throttle lever and lever on throttle body move simultaneously

This part confuses me ? What is the throttle bell crank lever ?Where is the centerline on the tv cable ? Seems like there are pictures on this description ? Where did you get it from

I got the procedure directly from the factory service manual. You can download it from the FAQ section here. That will have the pics as well.

I gave you a link for the factory adjustment in my first post.

Edit, and btw all that sludge you see on the magnet it what causes the Gov sensor and solenoid to not operate correctly.
