Wow you guys were a big help thanks now what possible problems might I have if I just hook those two wires together? Both blower and windows work if u do

Not recommended. Those circuits NEED to be fused. Find out where you are losing power, and fix it.

This thread helped me today, thanks. Thought it was clockspring, but turned out to be bad ignition switch.
