Default 98 Dodge no start and no power to cluster

Hi
I've been having issues getting my truck to start and it was clicking once that was it and I figured it was a ground issue as it was a new motor.
I got it to fire up once but after that it wont start up.

Now it doesnt click or get power to the dash
My radio, lights all work so I know it's not the battery.

All of the fuses look ok and I think I've got the grounds back in the right spot.

Anyone have any ideas?

Ignition switch?

Did these problems start right after the engine swap?

no I had got it to fire up once before that started
It happened right after I swapped out my battery connections but I put all of them back and I have power to the battery

The ignition is kinda messed. I can pull my keys out with the truck running but it's always been like that

Start with cleaning both ends of the battery cables and where they attach. Also the cables to the PDC and alternator. If the cables are really stiff, replace them, they are corroded internally. Check the fuses in the PDC and fuse box in the dash. Clean all your grounds and check if some didn't get hooked up.
