I spoke with the VP, Dan, but didn't mention you as I figured you have something worked out with him. If you have a Facebook account, then I encourage you to be following their page for info that gets pushed out.
I don't speak for the group and you'll have to communicate with them directly as it's a closed event. I will certainly do what I can to help.

Snow,
Let me know when you're going to Moab and I'll do everything I can to make it there. I have gone twice now and since fuel prices are going down I should be able to go again. And now I have 2 rigs I go there with, my Jeep or my SXS.
Well as we all know if something is going to go wrong it will. I got the new piston from UPS today and it is the wrong one. So I am going to have to send this one back to Summit and order the correct one now.

Well finally got this figured out as far as my piston goes. I think what happened is the machine shop ordered the stroker kit with the 356 pistons and had the extra hump machined off them. It is the only way I can explain how I got what I got in my engine. On top of that the engine was suppose to be bored .030 over and it isn't. So now I have a 416 slug in stock diameter coming.
I also ordered the Total Seal rings and the ring grinder. Then on top of that I got myself a new welder and plasma cutter on top of that. So as soon as it warms up enough for me to be in the garage working I can get busy again.
Now I did a little over kill on O2 stuff. I got the AEM gauge for the Jeep and also got a data logger so I can send a good graph of what the engine is doing and hopefully get the thing tuned right.

Thanks man, Can't wait to get to use that plasma cutter. I have used them before but to have my own is going to be nice. I sure could have used it 6 years ago when I was building the Jeep the first time.
I got a ton of clean to do before I can even work in the garage right now. When the divorce started I was just grabbing stuff and stacking it in the garage. Well now my garage is a mess.

Well all the stuff I ordered has come in. My Total Seal piston rings came in yesterday and I spent the rest of the night reading the instructions that came with them.
It has finally stopped raining here for a few days. Been a crappy winter we have not had any snow which is going to mean a water shortage this coming summer. It is suppose to be in the 50's too so I can go out to the garage and try to straighten things up some. Then I can finish taking the engine apart and get it over to the machine shop. And once I get it back I can start putting it all back together.
