Inspect the positive wire that goes from the battery to the PDC. My sisters truck had the same issue and she replaced the ignition switch but that didn't help. She just happened to notice that the wire was bumpy from corrosion under the insulation when she was trying to figure out the problem. Once replaced there was no issue anymore.

It could be something as simple as a bad/loose connection to the starter too.
