Check out cleaning the idle air control sensor on the back side of throttle body and while your at it, remove and clean the throttle body itself. The IAC allows right amount of air to enter the intake when throttle plates are closed. Carbon builds up on the pintle . Anyway, a good place to start. Grab a new gasket for throttle body and while it's off take a look inside plenum for excess oil. Need a t-20 or t-25 torx wrench to remove. the IAC . If you end up replacing iac get dealer part, more bling but worth it.

+1 on the battery, and here is a DIY for cleaning the IAC. Disconnect the negative battery cable before doing so. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/dodge-r...n-the-iac.html
