Default Need Help - 1997 Dodge Ram - No Lights Work

My 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 lights don't work

like, my head lights, brake lights, turn signals, and the turn signals flashers, that appear on the dash don't come on (the blinking arrows or whatever), The HIGH BEAMS DO WORK and I'm sure there's some other stuff that isn't working that i haven't noticed yet, the dash back lights are WORKING to see the mph and stuff when its dark out.

I tried to check the fuses, but the case that tells me which fuses go to what is missing because of the previous owner and there is a red wire that is going into one of the fuses and it goes out the bottom towards the radio, i was gonna take it out but then i figured he must have put it there for a reason

Oh, and Can Anyone Post a Picture Or send me a picture of the fuse panel on the driver side, i saw a pic of one but it was the wrong one

Can anyone help me out with my problem, Thanks

P.s. - I hope this is the right section, and i tried searching for the solution but i didn't find it

***I did Check The Fuses, but there is a couple empty spaces thats why i wanna know what fuses are for what to see if there for anything important And The Previous owner has the wires all messed up it is a wreck down there

You don't need the cover. Check ALL the fuses by pulling them out and inspecting. After that I'd take the HL switch out and check for burnt wires on the back. Also remove the steering column covers and check for broken, frayed, shorted wires. Common prob if you have tilt wheel.

Ditto what zman said. Pull the fuses and check for blown ones.

Download the service manual It has wiring diagrams and fuse locations in it. Kinda hard for us to help you without pictures. Why are you posting the same question twice?
