Rusted Shock Tower

Rusted Shock Tower
Hi all-
I'm wondering how those shock tower mounting studs are attached to the frame? Are they welded to the frame, or do they come up through the bottom of the cup the spring sits in?
I ask because a bottle of PB Blaster and CNC Freeze Off can't loosen it up... little propane torch wasn't any good either... nor was a 5ft breaker bar. I sure don't want to break it off and have to take it to a fabricator to have something welded up.
Other side came apart no problem... of course.
Thanks for the input.

The studs are pressed in a thin metal plate that is above the spring and below the spring cup. To replace it just remove the spring and itll come right out. Or at least it should.
For a replacement, I dont know if they can be purchased new or not. Can get one out of a junkyard or by a leveling kit to replace them.

I'll send you a PM--and your generosity comes at a very opportune time, money's pretty tight around here right now.
THANK YOU!
