Default level kit problem

so i didn't really see any threads on this subject but my 01' ram 2500 came with 4 inch blocks with an aal and hd shocks in front that supposedly gives it about 3 inches. I planned on getting a 2" level kit, sway bar drop bracket and track bar drop bracket. But with all that being said, will i have to get a drop pitman arm also?

All 2500s come with 4.5" blocks in the rear from factory. The AAL was aftermarket. Shocks do not give any lift whatsoever, hd shocks just give a stiffer ride. I would suggest getting 2.5" coil spacers and leave it at that. If after the lift you see that the sway bar end links are leaning too far one way, then get the drop brackets. Track bar bracket and drop pitman is not needed at all.

So... you have 3" lift springs already in there and want to add 2" spacers?
If so you'll need longer control arms, sway bar drop, track bar drop, pitman arm, longer shocks, and may have to move brake line brackets or get new lines.

i thought so. i figured it would be like putting spacers on a 3500, since the front end is all 1 ton equipment. And as for break lines i have about what would be normal on any other truck. 3in give or take
