Default error code 42

Ok so today I pulled a car out of a ditch,I haven't been driving the ram lately.I popd it out of gear on accident its an automatic&I've been driving a manual lately so got caught up.Anyways came home realized I left the hazard lights on.So I started it up to make sure it didn't drain the battery.but the c.e.l. Was on&I pulled a code 42.Anyways I found a little info on it but not much it says that if the truck isn't stalling or could be an error..anybody got any ideas? My truck runs like a bull with its *** on fire.ivy it about 5k saved towards my cummins &even once I finally get one I'm keeping her as she runs so good.I've pulled everything from jeeps to powerstrokes out of the mud&ditches. So yeah no issues with how it runs just there's always something wrong with thr steering &suspension but Ive come to learn that's just how Chrysler's are.Well any help Id appreciate. Thanks
******** Please excuse any typos or terseness: this email was sent from my mobile and I have clumsy fingers.

42* Auto shutdown relay control circuit:

An open or shorted condition detected in the auto shutdown relay circuit.

That is what our book says.

If the ASD relay isn't working, the truck won't run..... If the truck runs, just clear the codes, and call it a day. See if it comes back.
