Angry Help with cam swap issues!!

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for answers that no one else can seem to give me, anyways I have a 99 dodge ram 360/5.9 and I recently did a 208/214 cam swap. The truck runs great with the cam but it keeps breaking the #7 cylinder intake rocker arm bolt. I've tried swapping a different head, changing rocker arms around and I just recently tried #8 forged bolts but it's snapped them off 3 times. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Thanks for the swift response, I'm pretty sure it's not the push rod because every time it broke a bolt it would bend the pushrod so I had to change it too, a bad lifter is very possible, I guess I'll pull the intake back off and take a look at it. Thanks guys.
