The more load on the motor and depending on how bad the cat is clogged, it can do just that. I doubt it's the tranny . And please add ALL the info about your truck to your sig AND profile. This way people don't have to read back to your first post and/or ,ask/answer questions that don't apply to your vehicle. Thanks

Yeah I took out the o2 sensor pre cat it got a little louder but still acted exactly the same.. And tv cable seems to be adjusted properly. Had someone press has to floor and tv cable on the trans moved at the same time he was hitting the pedal.. Is it attached Inside the transmission?? Maybe it's unhooked somehow inside..

The other end of the TV cable is right on the driver side of the tranny, has a spring at that end. Here is a thread that has info about adjusting it to stock. A Haynes manual is also good for your 95. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-in-trans.html

Ok.. Adjusted tv cable back to stock was reall easy.. It was off by a little but not much at all. And it's still doing the same thing. So far I have no o2 sensor in and adjusted tv cable and still nothing. A question I had, is the tv cable attached inside of the transmission too? But it's still doing the same thing.. Not sure what to try next.

Might need to check TV cable adjustment:

To check the cat I took out the o2 sensor. There may have been a slight change but nothing extreme.. Also hit it with a hammer a couple times but didn't hear anything inside.. What's the average lifetime of the stock cats?
