What's involved? A **** load of work. If you're doing the swap, factor the price of a new transmission. If you wanna try and run boost through the motor, I imagine you'll need to factor more than just a "bolt on" kit. Might need some internal work done on the motor to compensate for the extra pressure.
If you're legitimately looking to do either one of these, I'm guessing you don't need DF to tell you what's involved...

Find the thread by DDRI, he made the attempt at his, and after two years of working on it, finally had to give it up. (not because it couldn't be done, just his priorities were shifted.)

For the engine swap, you will need a donor truck. That will make sure you have most of what you need. The rest you will have to fabricate.

There is not enough room on this server to list all thats involved and the pics to go along with it. You can google it and find plenty of info out there on the interweeb.

Waste of time and money IMO. Escpecially when's its so easy and cheap to build a 5.9 magnum

^ Exactly.
You would have a better truck if you built another 5.9 magnum, and dropped it in. Forget the Hemi swap, the built 5.9 would perform better IMO. I can't even imagine how unreliable a boosted 5.9 would be unless you rebuild just about everything..

360 would probably survive low-boost applications without too much trouble. (less than 7PSI.) Beyond that, serious internal mods would be necessary. The stock heads are not the most reliable, and I would replace them with better units if you want more than that. Plenum would most certainly have to be addressed as well. (if not simply eliminated.)

Yeah, I was thinking about the Plenum gasket. I don't imagine it would respond well to additional pressure..
It's just not worth it for a lousy little turbocharger.
