Default Should I set back stock

I just took my truck to the shop to get my transmission rebuilt and was wondering if I should set truck back to factory settings? I am running a Superchips programmer, I may ride over today and set back if yall think I should or hell just to be safe.

if it was the dealer you'd be right to be concerned.

if its just a run of the mill transmission shop, you'll be ok. they don't have the equipment to update pcm flash. nor any reason to do so.
