Yeah be it the wheels are left or right, the sound dampens a lot, only when they are straight is the noise really prominent and deafening.

It sounds like control arm bushings. Try to spray the bushings with pb blaster and see if the sound changes. If it does you found the problem. You could also try and spray the coil spring isolaters.

Okay, according to most people in this video I found, they say it is the ball joint, this youtube video sounds EXACTLY like what mine does, except its on the opposite side.

So am I most definitely looking at a bad b all joint?

No, that sounds exactly like control arm bushings. Spray the bushings with pb blaster and see if the sound goes away or changes.

I have sprayed every bushing previous to this post with White Lithium Grease, at first the sound seemed nullified by one of them, but the sound came back to normal loudness after a few.

So I am 100% sure where under the truck is the control arm bushing, I know I sprayed at least 4 or 5 things that contained bushings, but I didnt try to get into any crevices, I just sprayed it on the outside, thats prolly why it didnt work lol.

Does the book with everything about the truck on this forum show me what parts they are?

The sound in that video is ball joint squeak, I'd bet my bottom dollar on it. I used to hit everything that moved with White Lithium grease, hitting the ball joints used to stop the noise a bit but then even that stopped working.

Found my squeak video:
