-the head?? hell i cant trust if thats it or not. theyve told me its sensors, piston, now head... sounds like they are just guessing to me!

Rattle cans are kinda difficult to get even coverage over large areas. You end up with runs or thin spots. That, and there are a lot of *interesting* areas to paint as well. (inside the door frames for instance, and the doors themselves.....) You would end up with a "Far From It". Would look good when you were far from it, but, up close, it would be.... far from it.

Heads on the magnum engines were notorious for cracking around the valve seats. That gives you low compression, misfires, and generally poor performance. Easy to test if it is the heads or not with a cylinder leakdown gauge set. You can see exactly how much leakdown you are getting, and you can HEAR where it is going. Valve issues become patently obvious almost immediately. Ask your shop how they determined it is a valve issue.

If the part number is the same, should work fine. You can call the parts store, and ask.

Total screw over. Was not the heads. $1200 down the drian and truck is still running the same. Just bought another o2 sensor and if this does fic the job looks like throwing a cat back on or might just sell thr damn thing. Really love this truck but damn I aint made of money.

Yeh, they are all over map. Did they do a leakdown test with a leakdown gauge? Did they put on remans or used heads or what? I would be inclined to go somewhere else.
