Try it on the regular odor not the trip. Or holding down the trip reset while doing the key turns. I know it was different between my '99 and '02

Try an NTK 02 sensor, from what ive read here they seem to work the best on out trucks. You might also want to replace the crank position sensor, they can go bad and not throw a code and can cause some of the other problems your having.

Bosch sensors and dodge don't play well together. Go with NTK. Was told by dealer that's what is stock. Replaced my o2 sensor twice before I learned this.

NTK wont solve those codes, trust me I have them and NTK's and its still throwing a fit. Nothing wrong with Bosch sensors, its all hogwash about them not working.

Ive been trying to clear these for over a year, Ive everything youve done to no avail so far. Ive heard ignition coil could be cause of it, or it could be a bad PCM. Ive also been told by multiple people you have to get dealer o2's (these are supposed to be NTK's though?) when they get picky like this. My mechanic, (mopar dealer), says hes seen this multiple times with those codes and that the dealer sensors solved it. Heard it again from a completely different source that works at a local shop too. I need to get these fixed this week so I can e-test and get my plate renewed so Ill post what the fix is if we find it

P0132 1/1 O2S Shorted To Voltage

If you have replaced the sensor, and it didn't solve the issue, you need to inspect the wiring. You have a short somewhere.

Thanks forum bro. I will go buy the ntk o2. Today. And I will give it the old college try. My truck runs strong. It's just that stall and engine light code that bothers me. Thanks. I will keep you all posted.

forum bro's i went to stealership to get the ntk o2..they could not find one to fit my truck..had to go to advance autoparts..after 40 minutes looking for it we found the o2 out of a 2002 model dodge ram 1500 5.9 l..my truck was built in june of 2001 so it has the harnesses of a 2002 model...damn....
put in the ntk o2 sensor with the batt.discon..connected the batt...ran it for 20 miles..the truck ran smooth very different from when it had the bosch...the truck seems to shift different...maybe its just me...the check engine light came on but it has not stalled..we will see what it does tomorrow..thanks for your help...

So NTK didnt fix it eh? Didnt think it would. What felt different then when you had the Bosch in?

Check the voltages at the fuse in the PDC and check for power down at the connector for the front sensor. Make sure you're getting power there first. If your over 1v thats why you're getting the code, its shorting out somewhere and sending to much down, or so its been explained to me haha. You arent by chance getting p0138 and p0141 are ya? The sensors are connected on our 01's and if one shorts out, it can short the other out too.
