Default brake problem

Hey guys, I have been having a brake issue for some time now. I've noticed that my brakes squeak when I brake but also I can hear a squeak from the rear passenger tire while driving slow (10mph>) as well, like my brakes were stuck or something. Also when I'm driving and have to hit the brakes harder than normal the rear passenger tire locks up but breaks loose when the ABS kicks in but locks up again. (Not what normal ABS feels like) another time my rear tire locks up is when I'm driving slow and brake somewhat hard the tire will lock up and skid. I Replaced my shoes, springs, wheel cylinder and greased them everywhere I should which seemed to solve the problem, but it's been 2 days and everything is back... I don't know what else to do? Any ideas? Thanks guys.

How did your drums look? Were they scored up from badly worn brake shoes?

Drums still look to be in decent shape.

I'll get them turn in the next few days. Anything else I should try or do?

See if you still have issues afterwards. Take it from there.

Also, make sure you have the shoes with the SHORT pad surface toward the FRONT.

About to go get my drums turned and decided to take a second look at my brakes, I found that the arm that holds the adjuster at the bottom of the shoes is all grinded down! The teeth don't grab on very... well I'm assuming that is what is causing my lock and unlock braking. And I looked at my drums again and they are not as good as I thought. Getting them resurfaced and buying a hardware kit. $40 for everything.

Well I went to get my drums yesterday from O'Reillys and they messed one up! Put two deep scratches in one of em! I couldn't use it anymore and had to replace it, so I went ahead and got some new drums. But since they messed mine up, they didn't charge me for the resurface and gave me the new ones half off. Paid $50 more than I planned, but oh well
