Default Dash Cluster, video of problem included

Well, here is the problem. I let my truck set for a week and a half because my leaf shackle broke. So I started the truck up today after not starting it for a few days and the gauges didn't work as shown in the video. The trip just flashed and the abs and airbag light stayed on. Then I smacked the dashed and it worked but then went out 30 seconds later, then smacked the dash again and worked. Would that be the cluster going bad or just plain grounds?

Specs of truck is in signature.

That's what I was thinking, it hasn't done it since I got that leaf shackle replaced but I'm sure it'll do it again.
