So, last night, I knew it was going to rain all night so I went out and put my trouble light next to the coil so it stayed somewhat warm and dry while it down poured all night. Well, needless to say, it was the coil giving me all these issues in the rain. So come payday, I get to replace the coil. Woohoo

Dont use borg warner aka standard motor products or any cheap one like that.. i had one i bought locally that failed after a month or so.. along most borg warner since the buy out by SMP back in the day seem to produce crappy parts now) thought it was bad gas but turned out after sucking allt he gas out and putting fresh in and endless cranking.. threw my old coil back on and fired right up (though blowing out my cat from all the build up gas in there)

Delphi can be had on rock auto for cheap. I'd go that route or buy Mopar. well worth it for that type of part dont cheap it up.

I still have the coil from my '97. If it's the same as the one for the '98, you can have it for shipping.

Drop me a PM if you're interested.
