1997 Ram 1500 5.2L Magnum 215,000 miles(and going strong!)

I have had this code too many times and i am getting frustrated, I hate when things get the better of me!. I have replaced the Purge solenoid AND the vapor Canister. Cleared the code each time and returns on about a week. When i replaced the vapor canister i did blow all the charcoal out of the vacuum lines before installing.
This morning the code came back and i am now at a loss.
I hear a simple gas cap could fix this but im not sure if that is the problem, i could possibly have a bad vacuum line?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have a look here for some possible fixes.... Keep in mind, your truck does NOT have the leak detection pump.
