Default 6.1 hemi head swap on a 2001 5.9l 360?
is it possible to swap I was told by a neighbor that it is possible to swap yall got any info

Sorry but NO there is no way heads from any Hemi engine would swap onto a Magnum 360 (5.9) engine. They are from two totally different engine groups. There are aftermarket heads being made for the 360 engine. They have thicker castings and flow better than the stock ones.
