Default P1391 Truck back firing running really rich

I have a 99 ram 2500 with the 5.9L, the truck wouldn't start sometimes and then will with this code, I changed the plenum gaskets because I was burning lots of oil and changed the distributor cap, rotor and pickup coil also all the plug wires. It'll start and sounds really good but as soon as I drive it she back fires when I accelerate but as soon as I turn the truck off and restart it it misfires chugs farts burps and then dies, if I let it sit for a lil then start it shell do it all over again. I cant figure this out if someone has dealt with this before?
Thank You

Disconnect the front O2 sensor, see if anything changes.

You might just have one of the problems the code indicates, bad cam or crank position sensor(s). Bad crankshaft position sensors are pretty common.
