Default transmission mount problems

Hello Im having a problem where I get up to about 38 mph and my trucks front end starts to shake a little until it shifts. I tried to do a search but I didn't see anything any help would be greatly appreciated

It could be any number of things, bad shocks, possibly the ball joints, or bad hub bearings. What about the tires, have you had them balanced to make sure its not an out of balance tire causing the problem ?.

does the issue continue through all gears or once it shifts its fine?

once it shifts its fine and i haven't had the tires balanced i never thought of that
