That's likely front rotors. If the rotors weren't cut before installation, you now know why I make it a practice to take a couple thousandths off of them even when new.
If your e-brake works, take the truck someplace you can play safely, get it up to about 30 mph, and SLOWLY apply the parking brake. If it stops smoothly, the fronts are your issue. If it shakes using just the e-brake, get the drums cut.
Just because they are new, does not mean they are perfect.

Gotta be 2WD , no idler arm on the 4x4 .
OP , a better description would help . My list of things to check include
Tires
shocks
ball joints
wheel bearings
sway bar bushings at frame
The steering box if bad , will be leaking 99% of the time from the output shaft connected to the pitman arm .

This is a 2wd, everything has been checked... put the truck on a jack and wiggle the front end and nothing is loose ... the problem we found is shaking the steering wheel side to side and saw that where the pitman arm is connected shakes back and forth... when i brake my truck my steering wheel shakes.

Best way to test steering parts is loaded , or , wheels on the ground . You need a partner to move the steering wheel between 8&2ol'clock . Using a flashlight , look at each joint in the steering as it moves . If you suspect something , wrap your hand around it and you should feel a clunk as it moves if bad . Careful not to pinch your hand . This covers all TRE's , idle and pitman arm inspection .
Jack up each side 1-2" off the ground , hand at 12ol'clock on the tire , pry bar under the tire , pry up and down . You will feel any clunking if ball joints have play . Nothing should be felt . If it is , have your buddy do it while you look at the ball joints to confirm play .
While in this position , hands at 12&6ol'clock on the tire , try to wiggle it . Any play and you have a bad wheel bearing .
I think you should oscillate the steering wheel like you did above and look straight up at the steering gear checking for movement . Slight is expected .
Now what did you find ?

I went with cheap rotors once and had the same thing happen. It would shake when I was braking. Better rotors took care of it.
