I just ordered some new lenses and some led bulbs for my 99 sport 4x4... I'd do an led light bar if your into that. that's my next light upgrade, I needed new fog lenses though so that was first and I figured I'd upgrade the bulbs too.

There's tons of brands out there if you wanna spend more you can b ur can get a good bar for under 100$ ...i'm not gonna advertise a certain brand or anything though.. and they can be mounted in a ton of places at your desired length. Check amazon make sure to read reviews and avoid anything under 4 stars rating.

My apologies if I was not succinct. I would like to use the existing fog lamp mounting holes. I checked to see how much @ our Dodge/Ford garage it seemed like it was north of $400 w/ bulbs & lenses. I'm scotch $200 seems like it would be on the very high range for me. I want it to end up using the factory switch. I've seen some gen 2 w/ a different looking light in them. I can always divert my plan & forget it too. Thank you!

Yes, you can use the factory fog lamp switch for aftermarket lights. Whatever you add, use a relay. You use the factory switch to activate the relay. The relay switch the power direct from the battery.
You can get the inexpensive factory fogs, LEDs, etc. If you do HID...then be mindful of the power pulled to size the proper wire and fuses.
