Yeah not sure what to tell ya there. Maybe look into the MonteC's transmission corner if you haven't already? You said in the original post that you just got the trans back in? Did you get it rebuilt?
It was used. Money is tight. Couldn't afford a rebuild. Maybe I can do the TCC solenoid and OD switch and be straight. Pretty straight-forward solution there if it works. Just got it in a couple weeks ago.
Yeah. Also I would take a look at the trans cooler make sure the lines/check valve aren't clogged if you didn't do that with the trans swap. But your hard start issue confuses me. You have checked and replaced just about everything that I could think of...only thing left I would throw out there for now is maybe battery?
Well, in the next week or 2 I am going to do a fluid change since I just installed it. At the same time, I am installing an aftermarket cooler/fan and a temp gauge. This will give me the opportunity to change out some sensors/solenoids as needed.
Well keep us all posted. I did a google search on hard/long start issues and there are a few other issues like yours that have been left unsolved. some people just live with it. Maybe someone one else here may have a idea or know a thread that is buried somewhere that may help.

I hope so. It's destroying me from the inside out.
Engine off key on. Then when I switch they key off, it holds for several minutes. I was gonna recheck it yesterday but my tester lost the o-ring so it is leaking at the schrader valve. Last time, it hit 50 immediately then over the next 5 minutes, it only dropped to 48-49, so it well within acceptable limits.
