Default Mis fire at highway speeds

My 2001 ram has a what seems like a misfire at highway speeds 45 PLUS ,it does it at random. This misfire seems like i am towing a trailer and got hit from the rear . I have changed the plugs ,wires, cap, rotor and coil. The plug wires where changed a couple of years ago , everything else was done last week.
I found a TSB on the spark plug wires stating that a the wires should be routed the same has the factory , and that a convoluted tubing should be used to cover the wires and the coil wire should be a min of one inch away the the plug wires , but that was not the factory routing. Any ideas on what the problem can be?

Have you done your plenum gasket yet? If not get the Hughes kit.
