P0601 PCM Internal Ctrller Failure

Internal controller failure. That is a hardware fault, bad cell in the battery won't cause it. Bad alternator won't cause it. So long as that code is present, NOTHING else your computer tells you is believable. You need to replace the PCM.

P0442 Evap Leak Monitor Medium Leak Detected

With a smoke test, this should be obvious. If it isn't, I would wonder if the LDP itself wasn't the problem.

Yeah I would of thought to but not. I've already replaced the leak detection pump, gas caps x2,evap seloniod, and checked every soft and hard line myself at least 5 times and no cracks or slips lines found anywhere.

Check/Clean the connectors at the PCM. Wonder if you just don't have a slightly dirty connector confusing things.
