Internal controller failure. That is a hardware fault, bad cell in the battery won't cause it. Bad alternator won't cause it. So long as that code is present, NOTHING else your computer tells you is believable. You need to replace the PCM.
well replaced the pcm and it acts complely diffrent rpm was 810 and temp 140f now with the new pcm rpm's are 620 and the temp is 224 but sometimes goes up to 244 when seating in traffic. The p0442 came back and pending code of p0138 high voltage O2 sensor.
yep always ran the NGK O2's. this evap code is getting very frustrated had another smoke test and no leaks found again i just don't know! feel like just sticking a rag in the filler neck lighting and walking away.
Yeah I would of thought to but not. I've already replaced the leak detection pump, gas caps x2,evap seloniod, and checked every soft and hard line myself at least 5 times and no cracks or slips lines found anywhere.
