I was reading the H2 wheels need to be milled in order to fit around the hub connect be the same for these wheels it's only the driver side that comes off and I had just checked them the day before

This is correct. I set a friend up for that with my machinist.

Well I'm pretty sure I figured out what the problem is. I looked at the backside of the wheel as I went to measure the backspacing&it turns out that the stud holes are wallowed out. It should not be my fault as they were barely on the truck. So something seems strange the guy I got them from I was supposed to do some work for them and he didn't want to take them back when I told him I was too far behind to get to it&that it would be months, he didn't want to take em , my wife says she thinks maybe he's worried someone will look em over better than the crap job?I did& they're going to catch it and he's going to be stuck with them .Come to think of it this wheel actually was the first one he pulled off the trailer even though it was all the way in the back and he set it down & I said let me check it out , he said hold on let me get these other ones out and respect the other will go on top of them. I didn't think about that I make much to me to me till I saw the stud holes also told me they were a different brand wheel & when I look on the backside they are the wrong name brand they just have center caps of the company he told me made the wheels and he told me he bought them new so it all seems fishy. I can't seem to find a replacement wheel online. I am going to call the company today and see if they can get me one&there not discontinued. ----------->>>>>> NOW WHAT I need 2 know is can if I take it to a machine shop is it possible they can maybe TIG some plugs in there & tap new homes ? I will post pics later.
I want to thank everyone who's been helping me with this.2
What really sucks is I just got another set of 37s, So if I cant get that wheel or get it fixed I have to buy 22s which are expensive wheels.Anyway sorry for this long drawn out text I coulda just sayin the holes are wallowed out and can a machine shop fix it? But ohwell.Sorry 4 the headache of th3 read.

Retorque them, just to be sure.....

Maybe there was some bit of crap behind the wheel, that allowed it to work itself loose?

maybe its the angle; from the pics 2 of the lug holes look oblong which can happen when rims fall off. rims with egg shape holes are prone to working loose and falling off again.
+1 for hub spacers and the proper lug nuts. oem gm rims are hub-centric so a lot of aftermarket rims need hub spacers.
