Open your hood.
Locate A/C drain tube behind accumulator/dryer(black can looking thing, passenger side firewall).
Take compressed air.
Wrap rag around air gun.
Blow air into the drain.
This should unclog the drain & keep your floor dry.

For a little while. Try doing the same with a shop vac (to draw the obstruction out rather than push it back in) and it'll be a much longer lasting fix.

And is it that the drain is blocked (water flowing out the floor vents onto the carpet), or is it tracking back under the drain through the firewall and under the carpet?
This would be fixed by putting a rubber elbow on the drain.

I would use the air as a last resort. Try a shop vac. You can usually fish out the crap with a piece of wire or paper clip.

Yes. Shopvac is probably a better method. You can also take the blower motor off from under the glove box (3 screws. Then use a garden hose to force the clog out the firewall. There will probably be leaves inside this as well. One user smartly pointed out to be sure you have an elbow on the engine side of the firewall. Without an elbow the water will no flow out where it belongs. Yay teamwork!

I took apart two heater boxes, One from a junk yard that i was going to refurbish and put in my truck when done and the one i replaced it with. I was amazed at how much crap was in the bottom! The one from the junk yard the crap blocked about half of the evaporator coil.
